项目地点：沈阳
工作描述
1、 审核图纸，协调项目参与各方的工作，
2、 向施工单位进行机电方面的技术交底；
3、 监督、控制机电专业的质量、进度、成本及安全施工；
4、 监督工程施工，对工程进度及变更进行有效控制；
5、 项目经理或现场经理安排的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1、 机电专业，本科及以上；
2、 6年以上建筑机电工程的工作经验，曾在外资工程咨询公司工作者优先；
3、 熟悉办公软件操作能力（Word，Excel），CAD绘图软件；熟悉进度计划编制软件Project优先；
4、 具有独立工作能力，勤奋并有创新意识；
5、 持相关专业资格证书者尤佳。
