职位信息
职位描述：
1. 接收新会员的资料并对新会员资料进行分析，匹配适合的课程及上课时间段；
2. 与指导师进行深入沟通，对课程及教学目的全面了解；
3. 与会员家长进行深入沟通，了解不同孩子的特点，保证课程安排的合理性；
4. 跟踪了解会员上课及请假情况，及时调整教学计划或课程安排；
5. 及时处理客户投诉，提高客户满意度；
6. 负责所有会员的固定课程排位，客户请假，课程调整，升班，课包延期，续约提醒，赠课期提醒等方面等日常工作，并给予家长专业课程安排的建议和引导；
7. 协助早教顾问，以期提高出席率；
8. 建立并完善客户资料；
9. 进行会员电话回访，了解会员的建议与想法。并定期向会员发送各种资讯；
任职条件：
1. 大专及以上学历，有教育行业排课经验；
2. 稳重细致、有耐心、喜欢孩子；
3. 良好的沟通及协调能力、-熟练的计算机操作能力,如Word, Excel,等；
4. 乐于助人并且能够积极主动完成任务的能力；
5. 形象好,气质佳；
上班地址：佛山市禅城区季华六路恒福购物中心（9月搬迁到星星凯旋国际北区上班）
上班时间： 周三-周日9:00-18:30 （隔周需要在周一值班1天，月休6天）
