产品管理经理


岗位职责:

1. 针对特定品类和市场进行调研和数据分析,寻找市场机会点,并针对性地制定产品线策略。

2. 将市场分析结果与技术可行性相结合,转化为家电概念,与技术开发团队将概念转化为技术规格。

3. 通过竞品和市场样品试用及拆解分析,以及市场用户反馈数据库,深入理解产品原理、行业现状及用户使用痛点,输出相关总结文档。

4. 在产品选型和规划中充分运用信息指导产品决策,提炼产品开发需求,搭建产品规划、产品立项、产品项目开发及销售管理完整供应链;改善用户体验,提升产品竞争力。

5. 调动销售团队针对具体产品进行深入的市场研究,制定完善可执行的销售计划,对产品销售目标负责;搭建及维护家电体验平台。

6. 制定产品市场推广计划,进行新客户开发和老客户新产品导入,并对产品线上线下渠道进行统筹管理。

7. 开发和维护品类核心供应商体系,拿到行业具有优势的资源,确保产品策略得到供应商的全力支持。

8. 收集市场和用户的反馈、跟进产品关键数据指标,制定后续迭代发展计划。

9. 对内进行产品培训,确保相关人员对对应产品有充分的认知;建立和管理团队和能力,包含人员的招聘,培养和发展等。

10. 完成上级领导交办的其他工作任务。


任职要求:

1. 本科及以上学历

2. 对市场有充分的敏感度,具备较强的逻辑思维能力,能够整合信息系统地思考品类发展方向并据此制定产品规划和市场定位,主动关注竞品动态并能独立完成市场分析工作。

3. 具有良好的项目管理能力,有相关产品管理项目工作经验者优先。

4. 具有优秀的理解、沟通、表达、协调与合作拓展能力,善于整合资源,推动项目落地,能够独立进行对外商务合作谈判。

5. 有较强的洞察力,熟悉家电的市场调研、技术研究,能深入理解市场消费者行为把握行业和产品痛点。

6. 有求知欲,对产品开发有激情,愿意接受工作中未知领域的挑战,能够快速理解和消化新的技术和信息并应用于工作。

7. 对企业的组织架构和产品项目开发流程有充分的了解,能够进行跨部门跨公司资源协调整合。

8. 善于思考,有激情,抗压能力强,具备较强自我调节能力和自我激励能力。


Product management manager


Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct research and data analysis on specific categories and markets, look for market opportunities, and formulate product line strategies.

2. Combined the market analysis results with the technical feasibility, translated the concepts into household appliances, and translated the concepts into technical specifications with the technical development team.

3. Through the trial and disassembly analysis of competitive products and market samples, as well as the database of market users' feedback, deeply understand the product principle, industry status and pain points of users, and output relevant summary documents.

4. Make full use of information to guide product decisions in product selection and planning, refine product development requirements, and build a complete supply chain for product planning, product project approval, product project development and sales management; Improve user experience and enhance product competitiveness.

5. Mobilize the sales team to conduct in-depth market research on specific products, formulate and improve the executable sales plan, and be responsible for product sales targets; Build and maintain the experience platform of home appliances.

6. Formulate product marketing plan, develop new customers and introduce new products to old customers, and conduct overall management of online and offline channels of products.

7. Develop and maintain the core supplier system of the category, obtain the advantageous resources of the industry, and ensure the full support of suppliers for product strategies.

8. Collect feedback from the market and users, follow up key data and indicators of products, and make follow-up iteration development plan.

9. Conduct internal product training to ensure relevant personnel have sufficient knowledge of corresponding products; Build and manage team and capability, including personnel recruitment, training and development.

10. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2. Have sufficient sensitivity to the market, strong logical thinking ability, able to integrate information system to think about category development direction and make product planning and market positioning based on it, take the initiative to pay attention to competitive product dynamics and independently complete market analysis.

3. Good project management ability, relevant product management project working experience is preferred.

4. Excellent ability of understanding, communication, expression, coordination and cooperation expansion, good at integrating resources, promoting the implementation of projects, able to independently conduct foreign business cooperation negotiations.

5. Have a strong insight, familiar with the market research and technical research of home appliances, able to deeply understand the consumer behavior of the market and grasp the key points of the industry and products.

6. Have thirst for knowledge, passion for product development, willing to accept challenges from unknown fields in work, able to quickly understand and digest new technologies and information and apply them to work.

7. Have a full understanding of the organizational structure and product project development process of the enterprise, and be able to coordinate and integrate resources across departments and companies.

8. Good at thinking, passionate, able to work under pressure, with strong self-regulation and self-motivation ability.
