岗位职责:
1. 参与制订公司营销战略。根据营销战略制订公司营销组合策略和营销计划,经批准后组织实施。
2. 定期对市场营销环境、目标、计划、业务活动进行核查分析,及时调整营销策略和计划,制订预防和纠正措施,确保完成营销目标和营销计划。
3. 负责分解下达年度工作目标和市场营销预算,并根据市场和公司实际情况及时调整和有效控制。
4. 根据市场及同行业情况制订公司产品市场价格,经批准后执行。
5. 收集一线营销信息和用户意见,能对公司营销策略、广告、售后、产品改进等提供意见。
6. 负责公关、促销活动的总体、现场指挥。
7. 维护公司所分配区域市场及客户群,积极发展新客户群。
8. 定期和不定期拜访重点客户,及时了解和处理问题。
9. 负责与客户签订销售合同,并督促履行,包括催讨应收款项。
10. 主持制订、修订营销系统主管的工作程序和规章制度,经批准后施行。
11. 制定营销系统年度专业培训计划并实施。
12. 协助总经理建立调整公司营销组织,细分市场建立、拓展、调整市场营销网络。
13. 完成领导交代的其它相关任务。
任职要求:
1. 本科及以上。
2. 负责管理公司营销体系的运行,全面推进实施市场战略和销售战略。掌握先进的营销方法,对市场战略规划、市场开拓、市场管理、终端维护及品牌建设方面有深入研究与实践经验。
3. 对代理式及直营式营销管理模式有丰富的操作经验和独到见解;具有敏锐的市场感知、把握市场动态和市场方向的能力,对市场信息有独到的分析判断能力。
4. 优秀的营销策划、市场开拓及全局掌控能力;参与公司战略研究;根据公司经营战略目标,提供公司年度经营预算和投资提案,制订营销工作方针、政策,提供公司内部营销管理改进方案。
5. 具备优秀的领导能力、团队管理能力,良好的协调、沟通能力和把握全局的能力;具备优秀的语言表达和演讲能力;具有强烈的责任心、事业心,具备独立解决问题的能力;具有很强的抗压能力,敢于接受新挑战。
