岗位职责：

1）主要负责免疫细胞平台相关生物学检测指标的开发与检测（如细胞凋亡、细胞增殖、免疫细胞标志物、转染效率等），以及结果分析；

2）协助部门主管制定免疫细胞平台相关的检测指标，协助主管搭建检测平台；

3）协助部门主管输出检测方法的SOP；

4）完成领导交办的其他事项。

任职要求：

1）有生物技术、细胞生物学、分子生物学、医学或免疫学等相关专业背景，本科及以上学历，有3年以上实验经验。熟悉免疫细胞凋亡及增殖通路者优先；

2）熟练掌握流式细胞术、免疫荧光、qPCR等实验技术，能设计流式配色方案、设计PCR引物者优先；

3）熟知细胞及分子生物学相关实验原理，能设计实验、能对实验结果进行科学的统计学分析者优先；

4）有作为负责人承担项目的经验者优先，有以***作者发表SCI论文者优先；

5）吃苦耐劳、积极主动、责任心强，具备较强的动手能力和独立工作能力，对实验及数据非常严格严谨；

6）按照实验室的质量控制要求，填写相关记录表单，维护实验仪器，保持实验技术平台的正常运转；

7）识别可疑数据,协助部门经理完成检测平台搭建工作；

8）有良好的团队合作精神和奉献精神，善于学习新技术。
