1. Initiate and co-ordinate budget/actual financial performance review on P&L, CAPEX, and related key drivers for relevant products/departments
2. Work on service integration project development assessment through early involvement and proactive engagement as well as cross-functional team collaboration
3. Assist BU counterparts to define business model aligned with corp. strategic and provide the financial recommendations against opportunity / risk
4. Responsible for cost-benefit-analysis (CBA) review/assessment/post-tracking as well as sensitivity analysis
5. Oversee financial performances and KPIs of related investments
6. Ad-Hoc analysis.
