• 制定一个与CCM业务发展战略相一致的可持续的精益生产计划，并与跨部门团队成员协调实施
• 管理精益项目的实施（定制工作内容与计划，协调团队成员实施）
• 推进与CCM业务发展战略相一致的精益改善活动（日常管理、问题解决与改善）
• 帮助、指导和培训协调员
• 将行业中的***实践和知识引入组织
• 辅导团队成员学习先进的精益生产工具及精益领导能力
• 将精益项目与其他改善活动相协调，并落地执行
• 利用价值流分析工具找出差距并改善
• 持续改善财务和其它关键的KPI指标
• 推动精益培训
• 鼓励跨网络合作并分享***实践

岗位要求

• 至少8年的工作经验，其中至少3年在精益领导岗位上担责
• 具有从“总经理”的视角准确评估关键业务指标的能力
• 具有设计、开发及运营实务中持续改进的能力
• 熟练掌握多种可持续改善的工具
• 优秀的沟通技巧、技能、学习能力以及咨询/影响力
• 熟悉各种商务流程技术
• 良好的写作和管理能力，包括计算机技能（文字编辑，图形，电子表格等）
• 坚持“持续改善”的理念，成功推动改进

You are responsible for

• Develop a sustainable plan aligned with CCM business development strategy and in co-ordinations with functional lean multiplayers.
• Management of mini-transformations projects (defining work plans, coordinating team members).
• Conducting Lean improvement activities aligned with CCM business development strategy (Daily Management, Problem Solving, Kaizen)
• Teaching, coaching and certifying Lean multiplayers
• Bringing Best Practices and knowledge into the organization
• Ability to teach team members on advanced lean tools and lean leadership
• Coordination of lean program with other initiatives and End to End
• Value Stream Mapping and gap closure.
• Consistent achievement of financial and other performance indicators.
• Drive Lean training.
• Encourage networking and be the catalyst in best practice sharing.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• A minimum of 8 years of working experience for which at least 3 of these have been in a lead position driving a lean program.
• Ability to accurately assess key business metrics and situations from a “general manager’s” point of view
• Ability to design, develop, and implement a Continuous Improvement roadmap for an operating business
• Mastery of a variety of Continuous Improvement tools.
• Superior communications skills, training skills and adult learning theory, and consulting/influencing skills
• Familiarity with various commercial process technologies
• Good writing and administrative skills, including computer skills (word processing, graphics, spreadsheet, etc.)
• Lives the “continuous improvement” philosophy and can drive change successfully
