Responsibilities

• Perform user testing through direct communication with customers, conducting A/B testing and surveys

• Analyzing similar or competitor products for insights

• Sketching out wireframes and user experience flows from initial designs created by product managers

• Owning style guide and UI elements for UI designers to complete

• Work with product and tech. team to guarantee the final user experience

Required Qualities

• At least 3 years in relevant positions

• Thrives in unstructured environments

• Enjoys solving puzzles

• Gets angry at bad products and does whatever needed to make a bad product great

• Is thrilled by building something that other people use

• Listeners
