职责描述： Lead Plant/Process simulation for new plant/equipment/product enablement？ Traditional Industrial/Process Engineering scope of work？ DCG automation focal to lead automation council, draft BMS/process, etc.为新工厂，新设备和新产品导入等目标，提供工厂/流程仿真的服务。？ 传统IE/PE范畴的相关工作。？ 自动化接口人，负责领导自动化委员会，建立相关的管理流程等工作。任职要求：BSME, BSEE or BSIE with focus in industrial simulation/automation engineering curriculum？ 5 or more years experiences of high-volume electronics manufacturing operations？ 3 or more years of industrial simulation experience？ Automation solution development/procurement/implementation experiences as a plus？ Proficiency in AutoCAD, simulation software (Tecnomatrix preferred), 3D modeling, drawing/design of components and parts of systems？ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Mini Tab and Six Sigma analysis tools？ Solid knowledge of project management principles and uses judgment within defined practices and procedures？ Hands-on knowledge of traditional industrial/process engineering？ Availability to travel up to 30% of the time internationally depending on project lifecycle？ Proficiency in written and oral English communication skills？ Demonstrated ability to work across functional teams, strong leadership and presentation skills 工业仿真或自动化相关方向的机械/电子/工业工程学士。？ 5年或以上的大批量电子产品组装生产经验。？ 3年或以上工业仿真相关经验。？ 自动化设计采购和导入相关经验为佳。？ 熟练使用AutoCAD，仿真软件（Tecnomatrix为佳），三维建模等工具进行自动化设备部件的设计画图。？ 熟练使用微软办公套件，Mini Tab和其他LSS分析工具。？ 具有项目管理实战经验和理论体系。？ 传统IE/PE相关的知识技能及丰富的实战经验。？ 根据项目需要，能够接收最多30%的全球出差。？ 熟练的英语书面和口语交际能力。？ 具有优秀的跨部门协作能力，领导力和演讲技巧。
