Job Description

  • Proficient in Digital products related technologies, such as the development and maintenance of WeChat CRM mall;

  • Familiar with HTML5 interactive content development and production

  • Gathering and categorizing user change requests;

  • Making and testing configuration changes in a development environment;

  • Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users;

  • Provide regular communication to users regarding issue resolution, change logs, and helpful tips;

  • Effective prioritization and quick problem resolution;

  • Develop and demonstrate an understanding of customer issues and needs. May include managing escalated customer issues and customer recovery situations;

  • Work with various functions and end users to identify, document, and communicate standard business processes as they relate to the CRM;

  • Develop training plans, materials, and documentation for end users, keep materials up-to-date;

  • Develop and/or update support readiness plans for new product releases and support offerings;

  • Develop reports and dashboards using personal dashboard sharing or by working with the CRM team.

  • Assist users with their own report design and management;

  • Assist with data management, such as importing or exporting of Leads and Opportunity data.

  • Participate in CRM team meetings to understand upcoming configuration changes and relay business needs to CRM team

  • Collaborate with Marketing and CRM team to understand capabilities and data structure of Marketing Automation platform.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the APAC sales and marketing teams and the global CRM team

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent ;

  • 1 to 3 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365

  • Expert MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint);

  • Excellent ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users;

  • Knowledge of relational database system;

  • Ability to use PowerQuery to effectively pull data from a Dynamics CRM Online database;

  • Write advanced reports based on CRM data with PowerPivot and PowerView;

  • Understanding of support processes and enterprise customer expectations;

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/tasks while working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment;

  • Experience acting as departmental point person on defined process & efficiency projects;

  • Experience working with a field sales force;

  • Experience with a marketing automation solution leveraging email marketing;

  • Experience working in an international environment supporting multiple business units and time zones;

  • Strong documentation and training skills

  • Good ability to learn and innovate, to follow up the development trend of related technical fields in time, and to plan various online and offline interactive activities with the marketing department.
