Responsibility:

• Overall responsible to plan, organize and direct the manufacturing and engineer operations which ensure the most effective return on assets. Execute plans and install processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital.
• Assure attainment of business objectives and production schedules while ensuring product standards that will exceed our customers’ expectations. Implement manufacturing strategies and action plans to ensure that the facility supports the Company strategic initiatives.
• Work to management practices throughout assigned areas which include all
  employees’ positive involvement with opportunity for constructive input and action.
• Continually improve safety record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee
  safety attitudes. Maintain and improve housekeeping in all areas.
• Responsible for operational excellence and the implementation of the Production System.
• Provides direction and directives to the department staff in the performance of their duties, establishing work priorities and initiatives that support the business objectives.
• Streamlines business processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide leadership and consulting support to company management on matters of goal setting, policy development, and strategic implementation in support of achieving business objectives and growth.
• Works with the management team to drive organization’s safety efforts.
• Create a culture of continuous improvement to improve productivity.
• Understands and adheres to current health, safety, and environmental policies.

Performs other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

Requirement:

• An experienced leader with more than 10 years senior management experience. Business management experience with manufactory responsibility is required. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a master’s degree in business along with a solid knowledge of manufacturing processes and technology.
• The continued growth of the business requires a dedicated and proven leader able to work closely with all business functions.
• Strong leadership skills, independent thinking, strong organizational and planning abilities and excellent analytical and problem solving skills are essential. Plans, develops, organizes, implements, directs and evaluates the operations team.
• A strategic planner with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment and strong business focus. This individual should be well organized, self-directed and a team player.
• Possesses excellent communication skills and has the ability to relate to people at all levels of the organization. Fluent English and Chinese speaker with experience working closely with many other cultures.
• A good educator who is trustworthy and willing to share information and serve as a mentor.
• A good understanding of Lean Management, Six Sigma and Value Stream organization is a must.

Skilled facilitator experienced in resolving conflicts.
