1. GaN RF device design/process development to achieve required performances

2. DC/RF testing and data analysis to point out the performance limiting factor of GaN RF devices

3. Working with the design team for RF test board design

1. Experience with SiGe/GaAs/GaN RF device technologies

2. Hands on experience and knowledge with RF test equipment: PNA Network Analyzer/Loadpull system/Spectrum Analyzer/Noise Figure Analyzer

3. Familiar with RF/Microwave simulation tools (ADS/Momentum, HFSS, Cadence Virtuoso...etc), experience with ANSYS Icepak is a plus

4. Previous hands-on experience with RF device modeling techniques

5. Experience with RF/Microwave front-end design (LNA/PA/Switch) is a strong plus
