2. Improve and solve problems on the electrical system and PLC.

改善和解决电气系统、PLC程序的问题.

3. Responsible for routing maintenance, preventive maintenance and keep record.

做好设备的维护保养、预防性维护，并填好相应记录.

4. Analyze root cause of equipment failure, low down equipment failure rate, make solution plan for continuous improvement.

分析设备故障原因，降低设备的故障率，制定改善措施并持续改进.

5. Upgrade, rebuild and improve existing equipment

现有设备的升级改造及改善.

6. Fault repair and keep production line running in smoothly and safety.

现场故障修理及时恢复设备正常运行.

7. Implement other works of TPM

执行TPM相关工作.

8. Implement EHS policy.

执行EHS相关政策.

技能及能力:

1. College degree or above， majored in electrical engineering or electromechanical integration
大专及以上学历，电气工程或机电一体化等相关专业。

2.More than 5 years of electrical engineering (electrical maintenance) work experience. With multinational company work experience is preferred.
5年以上电气工程（电气维修）相关工作经验，有外资企业工作经验优先

3. Be able to read electrical drawings and develop PLC program

能够读懂电气图纸，编制简单的PLC程序

4.Proactive, self-motivated and cooperate with others

积极主动、具备较强的主动性，团队合作意识强
