岗位职责

1、负责新项目风险分析、成本分析、合同评估、BOM表制作、RFQ报价安排

2、组织开项目会议，前期技术沟通的安排等，制定项目计划、跟踪项目进度、控制预算并执行，并定期配合财务对货款的及时开票与追踪

3、负责客户、公司内部及供货方的沟通与协调；协助销售对客户的定期拜访与回访

4、领导团队实施试生产，完成客户的各节点交样及内部生产准备，保证样品的质量及追溯性，管理设计变更，确保所有设计变更的品质及成本可追溯

5、向上级汇报工作进度，制定月度报告，提交PPAP推动客户PSW的批准，直至项目结束

6、模具开发的过程管理及其完成上级主管安排的其他任务

任职资格

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上机械/汽车零配件项目管理经验；具备塑料模具、精密冲压等技术工艺经验者优先

2、良好的英语书面及口语表达能力

3、熟悉TS16949汽车管理体系；熟悉汽车行业PFMEA、CP、MSA、PPAP、SPC等核心工具

4、良好的计划和执行能力、沟通协调能力

Project engineer job duties:

1. Responsible for new project risk analysis, cost analysis, contract evaluation, BOM table production, RFQ quotation arrangement

4. Lead team to implement trial production, fulfill customer's each node to sample and internal production preparation, guarantee the quality of the samples and traceability of design change management, ensure the quality of the design change and cost traceability

5. Report to the superior work progress, prepare monthly report, submit PPAP to promote customer PSW approval, until the end of the project

6. Mold development process management and finish the other tasks assigned by supervisor

Project engineer job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years experience in mechanical/auto parts of project management. Plastic molds, precision stamping technology experience is preferred

2. Good command of English in both written and oral English ability

3. Be familiar with TS16949 automobile management system; Familiar with automotive industry of PFMEA, CP, core tools, SPC, MSA, PPAP, etc

4.Skilled use of office and other office software and good planning and execution skills, communication and coordination ability

5.Complete other tasks arranged by supervisor
