Agilian is the new branch of SAOS located in Changan, Dongguan. SAOS is an Engineering & Supply Chain Management Services company based in Shenzhen, China. We help importers to control and grow their operations in China. Our core services include product development support, sourcing & qualifying suppliers, factory audits, product quality inspections, and shipping coordination.

We are a fast growing company with an international team of 20 employees and clients from over 35 countries across the globe.

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join SAOS whilst we are going through substantial growth and become a valuable member of our Project Management Team.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

As Project Manager, you will be in charge of overseeing multiple projects independently including overall project planning, review of technical requirements, monitoring progress, and fulfillment.

Functional and central key person, you will liaise with both internal and external parties to ensure smooth communication.

• Committed to project outcomes: quality, cost, time, scope

・ Manage multiple projects from development stage to final product delivery

・ Work closely with project stakeholders and improve communication

・ Communicate directly with all parties including suppliers and customers (orally and in written)

・ Lead sub-project team within the project for big projects

・ Support in providing coaching to Project Team

Desired Skills & Experience

・ Bachelor degree or above

・ 3+ years’ experience in Merchandiser / Sales position in a sourcing agency or factory

・ Skillful in coordination works, familiar with planning and project management processes

・ Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

・ Strong team spirit, self-motivated and can work independently in fast-pace environment and under pressure

・ Common sense and analytical mind

・ Excellent oral and written communication skills in English & Mandarin, any other language is a plus

・ Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Candidates with less experience will be considered for Project Executive position.
