Job Description

FINANCIAL RETURNS财务汇报

l Develop deep understanding and knowledge of key sectors targeted by hotel, and gain sectorial/account expertise when necessary to maximise lead conversion rate

深入了解市场和酒店目标的关键领域,必要时获得有关部门和客户的专业知识,以提高生意信息转化率

l Ensure the timely follow up and pursuit of business with customers’ leads in order to drive the highest levels of conversion

确保对客服务的及时性,使得整个活动中宾客的满意程度达到最高

l Conduct and/or assist Sales team in customer negotiation process

在必要的客户谈判过程中,进行和/或协助业务开发团队

l Conduct proposal negotiation process and assist Business Development team where necessary

进行提案谈判过程,并在必要时协助业务开发团队

l Handle contract signing process

处理合同签署过程

l Updated lead status in relevant systems and communicates lead status to relevant Business Development staff (e.g. account owner)

l Team up with counterpart Event Management staff to deliver sector/customer specific services when appropriate

l Communicate to his/her superior any issues encountered and other relevant information

l Attend and participate in training sessions, daily briefings and other meetings as required

l Process customer inquiry in accordance to specified service standards

l Develop and deliver relevant documentation to the customer

l Prepare and submit proposals

l Ensure accurate and timely updating of a record of all relevant activities and customer information in the provided Sales System (i.e. Delphi; Opera; etc.) for future reference and control purposes

l Complete other tasks assigned by Superior

任职要求:

Degree or Diploma, and a minimum of one year of relevant experience in customer relations. Relevant experience in the service industry would be an advantage. Type and level of experience required may vary slightly based on size and complexity of operation.

本科或以上学历,至少一年客户关系相关工作经验。有服务行业相关经验者优先。所需的经验类型和水平可能会根据操作的规模和复杂性略有不同。

l Demonstrates clear and effective verbal and written skills for the purpose of obtaining and conveying information to clients, technicians, management and team members as well as producing reports

l Excellent PC skills (including MS Office)
