美工/平面设计师招聘：

我们正在寻找一个平面设计师，为公司各种媒体平台资料设计、制作及图文处理。

任职要求：

?有一定的文案基础，具有丰富图文设计和处理经验

?会说简单的英语，能够交流，直接与外国人工作

?有较为扎实的美工基础，对美学和细节有敏锐的洞察力

?熟悉操作各种设计软件（如InDesign，Illustrator，Dreamweaver，Photoshop）

?耐心和细心，并能按要求更改方案

?熟悉国外社交媒体者优先

?了解时尚产业优先

?拥有设计，美术或相关领域的学位者优先

岗位职责：

?配合开发团队，负责公司画册和宣传资料的平面效果图搭配

?图片编辑，色彩搭配，页面排版，公司产品美化

?把概念性的理念转化为有视觉冲击的效果，精通页面及图文内容的优化

?使用软件或手工设计插图，公司商标和其他资料

?根据市场销售，设计符合市场需求的图片页面，契合公司品牌理念

? 能够提出贴合方案并和团队及时沟通

Job Responsibilities:

• Proven graphic designing experience
• Bilingual communication skills (English & Chinese)
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• International social medias are a plus
• Understanding of the fashion industry is a plus
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

Job Requirements:

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
