Bachelor or above, specialized on mechantronics

？ More than 3 years working experience in relevant company, preferred in non-standed company

三年以上机械行业经验，有非标自动化公司经验者优先

？ Solid knowledge about automation system, assembly process and operation

了解非标自动化行业设备的工作原理和装配流程

？ Capable of read, understand and draw 2D-3D drawings; analysis and criteria capability on

dimensional and tolerances; can use Solid Works, AutoCAD, or similar in machinery

designing and drawin modification

Main Responsibilities

1.Design, manufacturing and set up；

2.Meet project objectives in all matters related to the following areas: preassembly, assembly,

pneumatic and electrical installation, and set-up (pneumatic and electrical installation

under Programmer Electronic Technician indications);

3.Define “Load Notebook” for outsourced mechanics;

4.Ensure that assembly details and set-up are consistent with general approach and line

design;

5.Project management for manufacturing, assembly and set up processes in China, ensure

coordination with the project team and person in charge of electric installation;

6. Keep track of deadlines, costs and other assembly and set-up objectives, and propose

corrective action to avoid non-compliance;

7. Assemble and set up line’s stations, according to both the common basic and specific

features defined in the general approach;

8. Coordinate and carry out mechanical assembly. Supervise and assume responsibility for

the work carried out;

9.Assist pneumatic and electrical assembly;

10.Set-up at customer facilities;

11.Be responsible for ensuring that customer documentation and/ or quality procedures are

completed on time and with the right quality.
