[Responsibilities]:

• Content Sourcing: Sourcing subjects with great interests and sensitivity capabilities in trendy topics of UGC and PGC discussions. Moreover, sourcing qualify content partners (Media, inferencer, illustrator, etc.) in the specific topic to obtain contents. The purpose of This content to the daily topic and content production in Neta card/Quiz/Meme maker (話題卡/診斷測驗/梗圖產生器).
• Content Curation:

(1) Data usage analysis based on internal and external tools; SNS, media, publications or specific industries.
(2) The interactive topic.
(3) Apply internal promotion tools to engage users, to boost up user activity rate(create, view and interaction) and build up the community ecosystem in Timeline.

• Content Production: Plan and prepare material for daily operation. Monitor and content feedback, interactive rate, and performance.
• Content Marketing Operation: Support content and marking the event. Co-work with outside partners and internal cross functions coordination.
• Operation Performance Measurement: Deliver regular usage, interactive, and overall performance data analysis.

[Qualifications]:

• 3 to 5 years of working experiences.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in content marketing or social media editor.
• With work experience in areas of online communities, social networks, social media sites.
• Creative, passionate about content, love to be challenged, strong pressure resistance and carefulness.
• Positive thinking, excellent communication skill, good at independent work, and teamwork.
• Basic software operation capability in Photoshop, Illustrator and technology logic.
• Experience in content planning, sourcing, partnerships management and the concept of strategy will be a plus.
• Be on call during holidays
