About Human Pharmaceutical Business

Job Responsibilities

• Perform secretarial and general office work to assist the whole team with all administrative duties, including arrange internal & external meetings and taking minutes
• SOP establishment & execution; expense reporting & budget control; facilitate GBS application for stationery & payment check
• Support to compile business reports, data analysis and project management

Qualifications

• Education/Degree Requirements: Bachelor degree
• Language skills & proficiency: Good command of written and verbal English
• Required capabilities (skills, experience, competencies): Must be a team player with good interpersonal and communication skill; good at Microsoft Office and English speaking
