Sonderhoff & Einsel (Beijing) Patent Agency Office was founded in 2012 and is an internationally oriented patent agency office providing high quality and diversified legal services in all areas of Intellectual property. Our office closely collaborates with Sonderhoff & Einsel (Tokyo) Law and Patent Office which has more than one hundred years of experience in assisting foreign and domestic clients in Japan. Our main clients are located in America, Europe and Japan. Our office is developing fast and offers the opportunity to take part in the development and organization of the office.

Patent Attorney

As the business develops fast, our office is recruiting for a position of a patent attorney in the field of electric or electronic engineering.

The specific requirements are as follows.

Responsibilities:

Filing patent applications, reporting and answering OAs, handling reexaminations and providing opinions on infringement, correspondence with international clients in English or German etc..

Requirements:

1. Electric, electro-mechanic, chemical engineering, or related major is required;

2. No less than three years of working experience as patent attorney on IP is required; working experience in free practice is preferred; and

3. Capable of precisely reading and translating technical documents in English is required; fluent oral English is more preferred; reading or translating technical documents in German is more preferred.

Working Place: Chinese World Office

Working Time: 9:30AM-18:00PM / 9:00AM-17:30

因业务迅速扩张，现诚聘机电或化工的涉外专利代理人。具体要求如下：

岗位职责：

负责机电化工类涉外专利申请、OA的转达答复、复审无效以及提供侵权意见；与国外客户使用英语或德语等交流；

任职要求：

1. 电学、机电、化工或相关专业。

2. 至少三年知识产权代理及相关工作经验；具有独当一面的经验优先；

3. 能精读和精确翻译英语技术文件；能够熟练进行英语口语交流者优先；能够阅读或翻译德语技术文件优先。

工作地点：国贸写字楼1座

工作时间：9：30～18：00

社保：五险一金（以实际工资为准）
