- 职责描述:
Duties
Overseeing the entire operations as a Kingdee K3 Administrator for a manufacturing company including ERP project management; system analysis; system selection and purchase; defining SOW; system setup such as setting up a company, product, BOM, traveler/router, customer, vendor, GL files; implementation; SOP documentation; training; training matrix; data collection, inputting, uploading; system interface such as QA software and Kingdee; input and maintenance; designing organizational structure adequate for achieving the departments and company goals and objectives; strengthening control systems, transaction-processing operations, automation, system enhancement, policies and procedures, as well as performing other accounting duties.
作为金蝶K3管理员监督整个公司系统的运行,包括ERP项目管理;系统分析;系统的选择和采购;确定SOW;系统设置如设立公司,产品BOM,路由器,客户,供应商,GL文件;执行;SOP文件;培训;培训数据矩阵;采集、录入、上传;系统之间的关联如QA软件和金蝶的输入和维护;设计充分实现部门和公司目标的组织结构;加强控制系统、业务流程操作,自动化,系统增强,政策和程序,并执行会计系统的操作。
Transactions
Ensure that projects are implemented timely.
Ensure that users are fully trained, cross trained, and held accountable.
Generate progress reports and management reports timely.
Maintain a system of controls over transaction processing, as well as other accounting functions.

二、应聘者要求Qualifications:
1. Minimum 5-year experience as a 5年以上的金蝶Kingdee K3 super-user经验. 至少5年以上的金蝶金蝶K3的高级用户经验。
2. Strong Manufacturing & Cost Accounting experience. 很强的制造业和成本会计的经验。
3. Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.很强的分析和解决问题的能力
4. Honest and pragmatic为人诚恳,务实.
5. Excellent communication skills in Chinese. Proficient in written and oral English preferred,driver license preferred. 优秀的中文沟通能力。熟练的英语口语和书写能力优先,驾驶执照优先。
6. Must have excellent people skills. 必须有优秀的人际交往能力。
7. Must have strong skills in supervising, motivating, and training others. 必须具有较强的监督、激励和培训他人的能力。
8. Strong I.T. and accounting skills preferred.很强的IT和会计经验优先考虑
9. Strong MS-Office skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, manufacturing accounting. 熟练掌握办公软件,Excel,word,Outlook,制造业会计

三、待遇 Compensation
1、*** based on merit;10000至15000
