? Responsible for own retail all concept new store opening VM planning
? Cooperate with SD, OP, AP team to aligned comments and finalize the store opening VM order form according
? Implement VM principles & techniques
? Keep track the sales vs space ratio and make sure space and SKU efficiently for different concept store
? Coach new store concept elements and visual merchandising guidance to all the cooperate team
? Creates strong relationship with key contacts at retail level (operation manager, merchandiser, store design manager, retail marketing manager)
? New key store and remodeling store opening on site support
? Quarterly trade meeting and OVM training support

? At least 4 years visual merchandising with sports brands or fashion retail brand
? Able to develop VM guideline and support store opening independently.
? Has strong organized, logic, strategic thinking.
? Good communication skill.
? Good interpersonal communication skill
? Good understanding of retail business.
? English reading and basic speaking
? Team leader and player.
? Open-mindedness.
? College degree or above
? Strong PC skills.
