岗位职责：

1. Take the lead of identification of new opportunities using organic chemistry technology to contribute to IFF business requirements;

2. Lead the development for new synthetic route or new process from lab to plant scale to win new business or keep product portfolio competitive in the market;

3. Recruit, coach and develop organic chemist to be competent for the organic synthetic projects;

4. Lead the improvement of the existing processes for cost reduction;

5. Coordinate with the other departments to implement new technological approaches;

6. Manage the daily fiscal activities in the organic synthesis team;

7. Maintain a safe and tidy laboratory and keep lab equipment in good condition;

8. Implementing temporary tasks and other works from technical manager.

岗位要求：

1. Ph.D. in organic chemistry. Preferably Post Doc or equivalent experience in organic synthesis area;

2. The ability to develop robust and efficient experimental plans that can provide timely technical solutions to meet commercial opportunities;

3. Capable of managing an innovation team to achieve good performance;

4. Strong lab working skills in organic chemistry;

5. Good English communication skill;

6. Be able to manage multiple projects at the same time;

7. Possessing good interpersonal and communication skills;

8. With good organizational and planning skills;

9. Strong Team player.

10. +2 years experience in managing a technical or R&D team is necessary;

11. +5 years working experience in the fine chemical industry is a must;

12. Experiecne in a multi-cultural team is perferred;
