• 负责以高质量完成各类科学、医学书面传播内容的撰写及审阅工作，包括幻灯演讲稿、出版刊物以及数字媒体文案等
  
• 根据稿件的受众调整写作风格
  
• 作为项目团队的一员与同事、外部专家、客户进行有效沟通和协作，确保项目的高质量完成
  
• 与客户、医学专家建立并保持良好的合作关系
  
• 学习并熟练掌握相关医疗领域的专业知识
  

Requirements

申请者必须具备优秀的中、英文书面及口语表达能力（汉语必须达到母语熟练程度）。除此之外，本职位的其他要求还包括：

• 具有良好的生物医药科学或相关专业学术背景，要求本科以上，硕士或博士研究生学历优先考虑
  
• 拥有在医疗传播公司、CRO或医药企业至少两年或两年以上的医学写作工作经验
  
• 能够迅速地审阅内容复杂的科学信息并将这些信息转化成清晰、准确、生动的书面内容，并指明内容的重点和学习要点
  
• 拥有对科学及医疗健康等领域课题的高度热情和兴趣
  
• 对工作内容的准确性保有非常高的要求，并注重细节

Medical writer - healthcare communications (Chinese language)

Job description

AMICULUM is a leading, independent, global healthcare communications and consulting business, with teams based in New Zealand, China, Singapore, UAE, Switzerland, UK and USA. It comprises an integrated cluster of branded agencies and specialisms, encompassing medical communications, healthcare learning, clinical and commercial consultancy, value communications, rare diseases and digital engagement.

Our business in China and East Asia is growing and we are now looking for an experienced medical writer to join our talented team in Shanghai. The successful applicant will work alongside colleagues on a wide range of medical communications assignments designed to meet the needs of our clients in China (primarily the Chinese subsidiaries of global pharmaceutical companies).

This represents a rare opportunity for a medical writer based in China to extend their skills and life experience by working for an established and highly reputable global healthcare communications agency, which has demonstrated a long-term commitment to this exciting market. The key responsibilities of this role will be:

• Creation and review of the highest quality scientific and medical content across a range of written communications including presentations, publications and digital media

• Adapting writing style and tone to meet the needs of different audiences
• Collaborating effectively with colleagues, external experts and client teams as part of an integrated account team to deliver projects to the highest standard
• Building positive relationships with client and clinical experts
• Gaining an in-depth understanding of the relevant therapy areas

Requirements

Candidates for this role will have excellent written and verbal English and Chinese language skills (native fluency in Mandarin), in addition to:

• An accomplished academic background within science: a first degree in a biomedical science or similar is essential. A research-based degree (MSc or PhD) is preferred

• At least 2 years’medical writing experience gained within a healthcare communications agency, CRO or pharmaceutical company
• The ability to rapidly review and transform complex scientific information into clear, accurate and engaging content, identifying key messages and learning points
• A high level of enthusiasm for science and healthcare-related topics
• An appreciation for the highest standards of accuracy and detail
