Responsibilities:

Communicate with vendors and Sourcing team to resolve quality issues, lead for corrective actions, improvement and drive for excellence.

Provide constant training to the Quality Inspectors in field for improvement.

Provide supplier quality analysis reports based on quality parameters and develop better quality control standards.

Manage the warehouse QC team/packaging team for planning, execution and work allocation.

Requirements:

Degree holder in technical discipline.

Over 5 years experience in quality control function in a multinational environment with minimum 3 years in managerial position.

Strong knowledge in multiple product categories and materials such ifas metal, plastic, paper and wood/bamboo etc.

Good knowledge in total quality management international products inspection standards and practices, especially North America standards.

Must have a good knowledge of MS-Word / MS-Excel
