Lead R&D team to develop new products on time , within client’s quality standard , at the best possible cost and Margin .
Lead and implement Leadtime Reduction objective
Anticipate the needs of the clients, and strive to lead necessary changes to adapt to an ever changing environment.
Create and develop a center of excellence for molds in Asia
Bring smart solutions in the mold design and engineering as to improve productivity, cost and client satisfaction.
Contribute to bring actionable innovations.

Responsibilities:
1. Build and develop a professional Team

2. Leverage BPC and / or create a robust NPD Process that ensure all the projects are on time , and all stakeholders of the project have been engaged and ready to support

3. Create and develop a center of excellence for Mold in Asia, establishing the connections in between the Teams that are involved

4. Accountable for cost optimization that will trigger business award, and Margin restoration, with accurate adherence rate.

5. Represents his Department – truly a Leader

7 create the sense of urgency with his team to change the current operating model as to adapt to a fast moving environment. Is an actor of change.

8 systematically include the process optimization and automation approaches in the feasibility study, ensure capacity is available. Drive decisions to get necessary investments that will enable to develop innovative yet actionable solutions

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, Industrial design or packaging.
2. Minimum 10 years working experience in plastic packaging product development. (Prefer to cosmetic industry.)
3. Strong leadership, commutation and presentation skill.
4. Extensive experience designing for cosmetic parts and injection molds.
5. Excellent experience in projects management.
6. Outstanding ability in organization and coordination.
7. Judgment and experience in project control and commercial negotiations.
