This position is a sales development role:
His/her task is to win and grow B2B business with Chinese enterprises in support of their overseas expansion.
He/she will be responsible for selling Travel Risk/Mobility solutions as well as Site Medical Risk solutions in the assigned market and sectors, with focus on clients’ China-outbound investment and projects.
Selling of Intl.SOS solutions to companies (among others):
Medical and Security assistance to expatriates and business travellers;
Site medical services / plant medical services;
Services in the areas of health, wellness, medical emergency preparedness and occupational health;
Security / personal safety assistance and advisory services;
This role will require to make contact and interact with:
Health, Safety, Environment(HSE) managers;
HR managers;
Corporate Medical & Security mangers;
General Managers / Country Managers / Project Managers;
Travel Managers;
Finance, Legal and Procurement managers;
Key Responsibilites:
Knowledge of Intl.SOS solutions:
Gain, rapidly after joining, a solid understanding and belief in the merits of the Intl.SOS solutions and how they help our clients to achieve their business goals;
Continually learn and refresh knowledge about the Intl.SOS offerings.
New Business Development, Account Management and Development
Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities;
Strong deal closing capability;
Develop multiple contacts with decision makers in client organizations;
Meet and exceed growth targets and budgets set;
Operate with targets, pipeline, and forecasts;
Control the Accounts Receivables with clients;
Own and develop existing clients through strong account management and up-selling mechanism;
Assist the service delivery teams in their engagements with clients.
Sales Administration
Comply with sales admin work as required;
Compliant use of CRM;
Sales report as per manager’s requirements;
Weekly sales activities report;
Maintain valid pipeline and forecast

Successful track record in B2B sales of services (intangible products). Ability to understand and work with sales targets

Required Work Experience
Required length of work experience: At least 5 years sales and business development experience, familiar with state-owned enterprise environment.
Required functional experience: Business to business, complex solutions sales.
Required company type experience: Prior experience being with a large, matrix organization with interface with cross border teams and interface with experts in sales.
Required industry experience: Experience selling to Technology-Media-Telecommunication and Aviation, Financial & Business Services and Human Resource companies will be preferred. Experience working in a service-orientated industry is preferred. The mandatory requirement must be someone with solution selling experience.
Required internationality of work experience: study, internship and/or work experience abroad is strongly preferred (if Chinese national).
Experience NOT desired:
- Product based sales and/or non-service related industry;
Only B2C sales experience.

- Bachelor minimum, Master degree preferred

- English (fluent / near native), Chinese as a plus
