Job Description

SUMMARY:


Collaborates in providing the structure enabling the Compliance function to operate efficiently and effectively. Supports in developing and facilitating consistent execution of the Compliance operating model. Supports maintaining and provides input to enhance processes and procedures for the general operation of the Compliance function and its related activities. Supports coordination of cross-functional processes and projects.


KEY TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Implement Group and APAC compliance policies/requirements at branch level;

    在分公司层面贯彻执行集团及亚太区合规政策;

  • Identify compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation;

    发现需要跟进或调查的合规问题;

  • Prepare and file appropriate compliance reports with regulatory agencies;

    准备并向监管机构提交相应的合规报告;

  • Conduct AML relevant coordination work at branch level;

    在分公司层面开展反洗钱协调工作;

  • Supports the further implementation and enhancement of the Compliance Operations, Monitoring and Oversight Framework and maintenance of appropriate group-wide Compliance operational standards;

    对执行和加强公司合规经营、监测、构建合规监督框架,并维持相应集团层面合规运作标准提供支持;

  • Support CHO Compliance to implement Compliance plan / activities in branches;

    支持总部合规部在分公司层面执行合规计划、开展合规活动;

  • Support CHO Compliance to develop & implement Compliance training in Branch level;

    支持总部合规部在分公司层面开展合规培训;

  • Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements;

    审阅并草拟合同、内部规章制度并确保符合法律法规;

  • Assist department head on relevant company governance affairs management.

协助部门主管处理公司治理相关事务。

RELATIONSHIPS:

Internal

? Members of the local, regional Compliance Function ? Other functions (e.g. Legal, Risk Management, Audit)

External

? Local regulator according to local structure.


KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

? Good delivery of implementation of Group Compliance policies and requirements
? Identify relevant compliance risk with tools and well manage this risk


QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

University degree or equivalent required, PRC bar is preferred

2 or more years of related experience in the insurance service industry

Good at English and Chinese (Oral and Written)

? Good general experience in Compliance area of work
