1）Assist the Sales Director of East on the development of On-Trade, Off-Trade channel KA & wholesale, ensuring that agreed strategies and tactics are put in practice according to plan, and monitoring effectiveness of tactical execution;

2）Effective use of account management tools with respect to the management or organized accounts. Such tools include account file, account plan, business review and activity plan;

3）Implement all Accounts activities, and measuring the result against target with respect to these activities.

4）Efficiently communicate with XM Office, Marketing Dept, Sales Assistant to ensure correct and timely execution of merchandising and promotions at field level;

5）Fully assist and support the Xiamen Office on making and achieving the regional annual sales Target according to the company's strategy;

6）To seek and analyses the valuable information of the market and report to the regional general manager;

7）Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public;

8）To cooperate closely with the other staffs in the company to make continuous development. Report to GM of XM Office directly.

Requirements:

1：At least 3 years sales experience in the fields of Wine and renowned FMCG company;

2： Good managing abilities of customers;

3：A good implementer of plans with attention to details;

4：Good problem solving skills, strong adaptability and high integrity;

5：Self-motivated, energetic and reliable;

6：Practiced application skills of computer;

7：Good in English and Mandarin, both in oral and written. (Southern Fujian Dialect)
