POSITION SUMMARY

The Commercial Specialist position provides commercial support for our gas and chemical delivery equipment product lines and associated spares and services. The Commercial Specialist is the primary interface point between the Delivery Systems & Services Sales Team and the factory. The position is responsible to provide equipment scope definition using the DS&S Configure One Product Configurator and other tools. This person will work in SAP to generate the corresponding Material Master(MM) number after commercial team gets the customer PO, assign the correct Material Master(MM) to the production quotation, confirm the Bill of Materials (BOM) list with Engineering team, and create the new Service Order.

Purpose

DS&S is building equipment manufacturing facility in WGQ Shanghai. The Commercial Specialist will support the DS&S commercial and manufacturing organizations to achieve business target in greater China and S/E Asia.

Nature and Scope

The commercial specialist reports directly to the Factory Manager and Design Manager. This position executes activities in the production, repair, rehab of DS&S equipment and TPS design requirement.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

This position is accountable for the following end results:

• Achieve safety, health, and environmental targets (ex: Recordable Injury Rate) through the deployment of an effective Basic Safety Process (BSP) based on the management of Factory Manager and TPS Design Manager.

• Interact closely across multiple functions of DS&S including manufacturing, sales, purchasing, product management, customer service, and engineering/design to prepare detailed scope of equipment orders. This includes SAP transactional and administrative tasks including creation of Sales Order Line Items. A key element of the role is understanding DS&S work processes and determining the SAP process to select for each business opportunity to ensure proper cost and revenue posting.

• New SAP material creation utilizing the Configure One Configurator and Winshuttle tool.

• Enter equipment orders on the factory including identification of full technical scope, bill of materials and commercial information.

• Complete SAP transactions: create service orders for conversions, field service and warranty.

• Create manual requisitions for non-SAP materials.
• Create purchase requisitions within service orders for non-SAP materials.

• Approve material costing for manufactured and purchased parts.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• BS degree with at least two (2) years gas delivery equipment and SAP experience or AD with 5+ years product line experience.

• Broad and deep technical knowledge and understanding of electronics specialty gas equipment design and applications

• Strong process orientation

• Strong performance in a fast pace, multi priority environment.

• Strong communication, organizational skills, and time management skills.

• Language: Chinese, English, and Korean is preferred
