About This Job:

This is a Role of portfolio management on Rice & Wheat SH (Selective herbicide) in herbicide team, and deliver robust technology components in order to help build a compelling and competitive Territory portfolio offer:

• Set and implement product direction in line with Global strategies to deliver Territory strategy and enable profitable market share growth.
• Develop overall Rice & Wheat SH (Selective herbicide) strategy on key crops offer/solution and prove of concept
• Set Rice & Wheat SH strategy development and implementation to meet requirements on business quality target.
• Market analysis to develop brand plan.
• Work with Marketing Services or agencies to develop brand communication program.
• Develop Rice & Wheat crop NPI (New product introduction) plan and PPS (post patent strategy) strategy development for key leading a.i.

Qualifications:

• Agricultural background mini >3 years of relevant experience.
  

Critical knowledge

• Strong herbicide technical knowledge is prefer.
• Fluent English communication.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant technical diploma or equivalent.

• Open mind thinking

• Travel is up to 50%
