1.Mainly responsible for order processing and shipment arrangement, delivery reply, goods tracking and corresponding to the salesman and customers.
2.Organize customer orders, the execution of the contract and the customer data archiving.
3.Customer exception handling.
Job quantification:
1.The university English four levels, fluent oral & writing English.
2.Familiar with various kinds of office software (office).
3.Min.2 years related working experience.
4.Have good communication skill & work careful earnest.
5. Good service consciousness, serious and responsible work.
6. Healthy body, conform to the requirements of the job.
