概况：

主要负责东风日产汽车金融公司的零售贷款的催收，在遵守中国的法律法规的前提下，按照公司的政策和业务操作程序执行，保障公司的利益，确保催收业务的有效性。

岗位职责：

1. 通过电话、短信，对贷款逾期欠款的客户进行提醒、督促，引导客户还款，降低公司资金风险。

2. 分析客户还款的潜在风险，按照公司的操作流程及规范发起对逾期客户的上门催收、函件催收、诉讼及其他的催收措施，并持续跟进上述催收措施的进展。

3. 在业务系统中保证过程数据的准确和有效，确保工作质量和数据的完整性。

4. 协助部门对催收业务的报表、规章制度的改善。

5. 树立良好的专业化客户服务意识，保持良好的客户关系。

6. 完成上级主管交办的其他工作任务。

岗位要求：

1. 大专及以上学历，法律、金融专业优先

2. 二年以上零售信贷资产保全相关从业经验

3. 良好的中文书面、口头表达及沟通能力

4. 熟练使用Office办公软件

5. 性格开朗、积极向上，有良好的抗压能力

6. 汽车金融公司、银行车贷、信用卡、乘用车金融融资租赁零售催收相关工作经验优先。

Summary: This position will be responsible for the efficient and effective collections processes of DNAF's retail portfolio, ensuring that there is strict adherence to all Chinese legal & regulatory requirements, as well as ensuring that all of DNAF's interests, policies & procedures are always followed in accordance to company guidelines and that the Company's interests are never compromised.

Job Responsibilities

• Remind, enforce and conduct overdue clients repay overdue loans through phone calls, SMS and other collection activities, reduce capital risk of company.
• Analyze the potential risks of overdue cases, according to the operating procedures of the company, initiate the field collection, letter collection, litigation and other collection measures for overdue clients, and follow up the progress of the above activities.
• Ensure data accuracy and efficiency in business systems, ensuring work quality and data integrity
• Assist the RF department in improving the reporting and regulations of the collection
• Build good and professional customer service attitude and maintain the good customer relationship
• Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

• College degree or above, legal and finance major preferred
• More than two years of experience in retail collection preservation
• Good written, verbal and communication skills
• Familiar with Office software

5. Cheerful, positive personality and able to perform well under pressure

6. Auto finance company, bank car loan, credit card, passenger car financial financing lease retail collection related work experience is preferred
