1.Technical Support

• Technical clarification to owner, yard and classification.

2. Project Execution

• Set up the project plan, milestone and deadline

• Steer and control the project according to the technical agreement;

• Report on status of project milestones as well as decision and outstanding to superior management;

• Evaluate the project, report the quality issue and set up the preventive and corrective action plan;

• Documentation handling and management (certificates, approval, working, final drawing);

• L/C, products shipment schedule control;

• Project information and file collection, project log book.

Knowledge:

• 6 years working experience in total within brewery related companies, with at least 2 years in foreign enterprise focus on engineering and equipment supply within brewery or beverage area. Experience in engineering and design of brewing equipment will be definitely an advantage;

• Good knowledge of brewery processing, profound product knowledge of sanitary equipment, such as valves, pumps etc.; Good understanding of electrical, instruments and automation;

• Good PC skills; good command of spoken & written English;

• Open and positive attitude, problem solving minded, dynamic, self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills.

• Frequent domestic travelling would be required.
