1. 学校续报指标的完成。

2. 组织任课老师进行备课及教研。

3. 进行教学教案的研究和创新，真正做到为学生服务和负责。

4. 检查和监督授课老师的授课质量和授课方式，指出不足并提出改进建议。

5. 对校区的课程进行排课，并报校长审批。

6. 及时发现、反馈、改进教学中存在的问题。

7. 负责新老师的培训和转正考核工作。

8. 协助并支持招生部门的招生工作。

9. 每周及月度分别进行计划与总结汇报，提交给校长。

任职资格：

1、本科以上学历，美术教育等相关专业毕业；

2、3年左右教学经验，至少1年以上教师团队管理经验；

3、热爱儿童教学；

4、优秀的人际沟通能力和团队管理能力。
