Job Description

Receptionist and Admin:

  • Support and follow up on Chop process.

  • Handle switchboard, receiving and transferring phone calls and transmitting messages.

  • Distribute incoming mails, faxes, newspapers and magazines.

  • Receive and direct visitors cordially, treat visitors a professional manner.

  • Office supplies purchasing.

  • Update contact list regularly.

  • Friday party and Celebratory decoration.

  • Book taxi, air-ticket and hotel when required.

  • Support Daily administrative service to Technogym China office’ operation.

HR Admin:

  • Intern recruitment and management.

  • Support on HR& Admin routine works such as annual leave report, attendance report, employ contact information updating; etc.

  • Supporting projects and activities (Team Building, Annual dinner, Group dinner and other employee activities etc.) as well as business meetings.

  • Provide administration service to employees and visitors, including but not limited to temporary residence permit, work permit, visa application, invitation letter, accommodation logistics and related issue.

  • Recruitment process support such as resume screening, interview arrangement etc.

  • Other supporting job related to HR.

Support to Country Manager:

  • Weekly reports from BO system.

  • Format and prepare documents.

  • Travel and accommodation arrangement.

  • Agenda Assistant.

  • Monthly expense report.
