Job Description
Receptionist and Admin:
- Support and follow up on Chop process.
- Handle switchboard, receiving and transferring phone calls and transmitting messages.
- Distribute incoming mails, faxes, newspapers and magazines.
- Receive and direct visitors cordially, treat visitors a professional manner.
- Office supplies purchasing.
- Update contact list regularly.
- Friday party and Celebratory decoration.
- Book taxi, air-ticket and hotel when required.
- Support Daily administrative service to Technogym China office’ operation.
HR Admin:
- Intern recruitment and management.
- Support on HR& Admin routine works such as annual leave report, attendance report, employ contact information updating; etc.
- Supporting projects and activities (Team Building, Annual dinner, Group dinner and other employee activities etc.) as well as business meetings.
- Provide administration service to employees and visitors, including but not limited to temporary residence permit, work permit, visa application, invitation letter, accommodation logistics and related issue.
- Recruitment process support such as resume screening, interview arrangement etc.
- Other supporting job related to HR.
Support to Country Manager:
- Weekly reports from BO system.
- Format and prepare documents.
- Travel and accommodation arrangement.
- Agenda Assistant.
- Monthly expense report.
