外展项目助理


工作职责:

  • 独立负责较为简单的海外展会,包括展会在中国地区的前期市场推广、展位及相关服务的销售工作以及客户参展前后和展会现场有关参展、备展相关咨询及各项客户服务工作。
  • 与其他资深同事共同协作负责较为复杂的海外展会,包括包括展会在中国地区的前期市场推广、展位及相关服务的销售工作以及客户参展前后有关参展、备展相关咨询及各项客户服务工作。
  • 与海外项目组同事对接所负责展会的前、中、后期有关展会发展规划及客户参展等方面问题的沟通和衔接工作;
  • 独立搜集和整理所负责展会的相关行业信息及各展会的销售数据,依据统计整理的数据资料向部门经理/总监提交参考建议与方案;
  • 独立处理所负责展会赴德展商和观众的邀请函;
  • 独立或者协作处理所负责展会的收支、往来账核对等账目;
  • 协助部门经理处理部门日常行政事务,以及部门对外宣传资料的翻译及跟进工作。

岗位要求:

1、大学本科学历,英语,德语,市场,会展,旅游相关专业优先;

2、1年以上会展,旅游,媒体等相关领域实习或工作经验优先;

3、具有较强的人际沟通及语言表达能力;

4、 良好的英文读写能力和口头沟通能力(CET6或同等水平);

5、 熟练使用电脑及办公软件;

6、 具有较强的客户开发意识,具有敏捷的市场洞察力和准确的客户分析能力;

7、 具有高度的责任心和良好的团队合作精神;

8、 工作积极主动、认真负责,并具备较强的抗压能力;

9、 形象气质佳,性格外向,富有亲和力;

10、能够适应出差。


Operating duty:

1、Independently responsible for a relatively simple overseas exhibition, including the pre-market promotion of the exhibition in China, the sales of booths and related services, as well as customer participation before and after the exhibition and on-site related exhibition attendance, preparatory consultation and various customer service work.

2、In collaboration with other senior colleagues, we are responsible for more complex overseas exhibitions, including the pre-market promotion of exhibitions in China, the sales of booths and related services, as well as related exhibition attendance, preparatory consultation and various customer services before and after the exhibition.

3、Docking with overseas project team colleagues is responsible for the communication and cohesion of issues related to exhibition development planning and customer participation before, during and after the exhibition.

4、Independently collect and collate the relevant industry information and sales data of the exhibition, and submit Reference suggestions and plans to the Department manager/director based on the statistical data.

5、The Independent Processing Institute is responsible for invitation letters from exhibitors and spectators to Germany.

Independently or collaboratively handle the balance of payments and current accounts of the exhibition;

6、Assist the Department Manager to handle the daily administrative affairs of the department, as well as the translation and follow-up of the department's external publicity materials.


Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree, English, German, market, exhibition and tourism related majors are preferred.

2. At least 1 year's experience in exhibition, tourism, media and other related fields is preferred.

3. Strong interpersonal and linguistic skills;

4. Good English reading and writing skills and oral communication skills (CET6 or equivalent);

5. Proficiency in computer and office software;

6. Strong customer development awareness, agile market insight and accurate customer analysis capabilities;

7. High sense of responsibility and good team spirit;

8. Be proactive, conscientious and responsible, and have strong anti-pressure ability.

9. Good image, extroversion and affinity;

10. Ability to travel.
