Job Description
岗位职责:
Clarify recruiting requisitions of all positions and teams and ensure the recruitment processes are conducted efficiently in accordance with company policies and standards.
Optimize recruitment tools, increase recruitment efficiency, and improve both candidate’s and team leader’s job-hunting experience.
Develop and maintain recruitment channels, platforms and partners.
Publish job announcements, manager outsourcing suppliers, keep and analyze recruitment data.
Conduct CV and sourcing candidates through effective channels externally and internally. Actively searching/sourcing candidates including interviewing to provide shorter list for other team;
Maintain relationship with qualified candidates, to establish and maintain talent pool that provides internal sourcing capability;
Lead recruitment branding programs, such as Campus Recruitment Program, Job Open Day, etc.;
Coach junior recruiter and acts as a referent in recruitment domain;
Maintain and follow up the training and trainer platform, ensure all the training data, content is up-to-date;
Arrange language training to answer team mates’ needs. Guarantee the attendance and return rate;
Continually improving the organization competence by developing a healthy and sustainable talent retention system;
Follow and maintain the talent development through human inventory tools to identify key talents and follow the development;
Maintains and coordinates employee recognition programs;
