1. 《Thermomix Magazine》(60% workload of total) 《美善品杂志》(约占全部工作的60%)
? Owner for advertorial content of our magazine and involved with the project from beginning with
both internal and external parties.
负责品牌杂志的内容策划,与内外部相关团队开展杂志创刊
? Combine global magazine guideline with localize content including visual design , magazine columns
and editorial content. Keep updated with customer food/cooking trends in order to drive attractive
content.
根据总部的杂志设计要求,策划符合中国地区营销推广的内容,包括:视觉设计、栏目策
划、内容编辑及校队。根据市场趋势和当地饮食、烹饪潮流输出吸引客户、提升品牌的杂志

? Make customer promotion and launch plan for <Magazine> on relevant platforms and channels
including both online and offline publications.
负责制定《杂志》的创刊推广计划,包括线上、线下的所有相关发行渠道。
? Work with line manager for sustainable and long-term 《Magazine》strategy with execution

planning according to overall customer marketing plan to further increase customer engagement &
brand awareness.
与直线汇报经理一起完成《杂志》的长期计划,包括: 每期内容的制定、推广计划持续,结合
全年客户营销推广计划,进一步提升品牌知名度。
2. Content Management (20% workload of total) 营销内容管理(约占全部工作的20%)
? Set up track-able tools and KPIs for content related project according to business objectives(such as
Magazine, paid Thermomix content) as well as regular checking and revising solution for
improvement
简历美善品客户营销推广内容的管理机制和考评,定期检查、追踪内容管理的效果
? Work with current customer marketing team(including online, PR & offline ) to improve the
standards for content quality, relevance, user feedback, consistency, delight fullness and uniqueness
and design solutions to meets those standards for the above projects.
与现有团队伙伴配合完成内容的定制整理和归档,包括:线上及自媒体相关内容,设计,公共关系及媒体内容以
及线下视觉设计等等。并管理对外分享的物料、确保物料符合品牌形象和标准。
3. Content Placement and Branding Improvement (10% workload of total)
(营销内容的发布和品牌形象提升) (占全部工作的10%)
? Communicate the findings, recommendations, and content specifications through content matrices,
user scenarios, presentation decks, and guidelines and conceptualize usable, creative ways to
integrate original and user-generated content to meet user needs.
结合行业趋势优化现有美善品市场部物料,根据客户需求设计出具有创意、表达产品及品牌卖
点的内容。
? Understand the utilization of KOL, social activity mechanism, different platforms, content seeding
and paid social AD, etc. Meanwhile, searching and exploring content co-operation with external
parties
对于外部及第三方内容合作置换有一定的理解,并能制定出相关合作机制和考评要求。提升产
品置换的合作效果。
? Provide solid localized content to local customer communication content align with lastest global
content strategy and guideline.
4. Others (10% workload of total) (其他10%)
? Support any other customer marketing related projects and provide insight for content optimization
Such as visual design for product launch, press conference, roadshows.
? Work with cross-functional team to improve the content delivery such as recipes, cookidoo
platforms ,video and other technical online tools under Vorwerk...
与团队一起,完成其他美善品市场部的相关工作。
任职要求:
?? 2~3 years Working experience in publications such as magazine , newspaper as well as online media
background in F&B, 3C and high-end lifestyle media industry is preferred
2~3年出版物相、新闻、媒体从业经验,包括:杂志、报纸和其他线下媒体,餐饮、美食、小家
电、耐销品从业者优先
??Good at working with different vendors to achieve the localization of content delivery
良好的工作态度,与不同的合作方配合完成内容输出。
? Good sense at visual and graphic designs to guide external agencies
具有视觉设计、品鉴能力,引导第三方完成设计
? Love cooking and active on Cooking related community such as:微信、小红书、下厨房、,
Thermomix user is a big plus+
热爱烹饪、美食分享,在一些烹饪类社交媒体有个人营销阵地,请提供相关链

? Good communication skill and attitude with both internal and external parities
