Summary:

This position is concerned with supervisory role over the Security Department.

Responsibilities:

• To supervise day to day operation, ensuring standards are adhered to and maintained.

• To compile department staff work schedules.

• To prepare and implement all security procedures including Control Center TV for the safety and security of company customers, employees and properties.

• To build a high level security team.

• To ensure company assets are protected.

• To establish the emergency security procedure, carrying training and drills, making sure that other departments’ managers have good command.

• To keep management informed of any public information and enhancement of the company’s public image.

• To ensure a high level of liaison is maintained between with all other departments within the company.

• To establish good relationship with various government law enforcement bureau.

• Must be thoroughly knowledge in local, type and appearance of every corner of the hotel.

• Be directly accountable for the attainment of safety and security standards of team members




• Must be knowledgeable about fire procedures, disaster plan procedure, bomb threats, hotel crisis handling and hotel evacuation procedures.

• To assess the security’s behavior and contribution.

• To corporate with Chief Engineer, taking good command of various security and fire control system.

• To keep good relationship with other hotels’ security department and concerned government bureaus to be well informed newly information.

• To make sure that the hotel’s licenses and contracts are valid and apply for new ones if necessary.

• To take great consideration in VIP visitors and important conferences, arranging security measures.

• To submit the hotel’s security incident reports to the Executive Office, and keep the original records.

Other Considerations:

• To comply with all company policies relating to Executive Office.

• To comply with all systems and procedure as laid down by the Executive Office.

  
  

  Specifications:




• High school graduate or above.

• 27 years old or above.

• Good English.

• Good physical condition.

• At least 7 years working experience of hotel security.

• State Senior Security Master Qualification.

• Previous law enforcement experience either on a Security Bureau or military training.

• Should be well versed in local law/government regulation.

• Proper appearance, quick thoughts, good organization ability and being highly responsible.

• Practiced computer skills.
