工作内容:

  • 基于TA消费者接受性洞察,熟悉核心媒体沟通触点,制定沟通场景策略和媒体计划。
  • 制定全年整合品牌沟通策略及项目,并能落地到全渠道,包括天猫/京东/微信旗舰店、线下母婴店、美德乐母乳妈妈俱乐部。
  • 与产品营销经理、视觉管理、通路市场部、SCRM及教育部紧密合作,保证营销沟通项目能达到良好一致的质量,同时满足不同部门的需求。
  • 建立品牌营销核心内容库。与内部职能(产品营销及教育部门等)、外部供应商(媒体、广告公司及意见领袖)共建内容,统一品牌对外内容发声。
  • 负责整合管理iWOM项目(包括意见领袖、母垂媒体、短视频、社交媒体、搜索等),制定iWOM口碑沟通策略指南、标准及活动,并跟进执行质量,提升品牌美誉度。
  • 熟悉媒体工具的定价模式,降低媒体沟通成本,并优化效率。
  • 负责公司PR活动,包括公司高层管理,媒体采访及发布计划的制定,发布稿件的沟通及审核。
  • 营销沟通战役成果的追踪、回顾和评估,提高费比有效性。
  • 保持对新营销内容及消费者TA媒体趋势的敏感度,贡献新的营销沟通方式和创意,帮助公司成长。
  • 良好的计划和管理全年预算的能力,达到良好的ROI.
  • 良好的供应商谈判及管理能力,保质保时并在预算内完成项目。
  • Based on consumer receptivity insights and understanding of key communication contacts to develop the communication context strategy and annual media plan.
  • Lead the brand/product communication idea development and bring to life based on the communication strategy from product marketing manager. Develop integrated brand communication strategy and annual programs for omni channels including Tmall/JD/Wechat Flagship Store, MBS and Mom’s Room Club.
  • Work closely with Product, VM, TM, SCRM and Educationl to ensure communications programs delivered in good quality and consistent, also meet different functions needs.
  • Establish communication content bank. Content creation with collaboration of both internal counterparts of Product and Education and external KOLsLead the integrated iWOM program to elevate the brand reputation including key consumer touch points such as (KOL/KOM, Social Media, Search etc.).
  • Familiar with all kinds of media tools pricing mode, reduce the media buying cost, improve efficiency.
  • Responsible for corporate PR activity, including executive manager management, PR media plan development, PR release article communication and proof-reading
  • Campaign performance analysis to track and improve effectiveness
  • Stay well ahead of marketing and media trends and contribute new innovative, breakthrough ideas that help the growth of the company
  • Well plan and manage budget by developing suitable annual budget strategy and plan to reach good ROI.
  • Good vendor management for quality, ontime and within budget delivery, also the negotiation for more service and resource.


任职要求:
  • 大学本科学历以上,市场营销、广告学等相关专业。
  • 5年以上市场整合营销相关工作经验, 有甲方和乙方工作经验的优先考虑。
  • 基于整合市场营销落地全渠道引流的项目案例。
  • 有母婴行业工作经历优先考虑
  • 熟悉新媒体形式(如小视频等),优先考虑。
  • 快速学习能力及创业家精神。
  • 良好的人际交往能力,能在团队环境中和各部门及决策相关人融洽合作。
  • 良好的个人沟通技能,能够在公司高层团体前演讲和分享报告结果。
  • 良好的中英文书面及口头沟通能力。
  • 熟练使用办公室自动化软件。
  • 有母乳喂养经验者优先考虑。
  • University Degree or above, preferably in Statistics, Marketing, Business Administration or Finance.
  • Solid experience (min.5 years) in the field of integrated marketing communication area. The working experience in both agency and brand is preference.
  • Proven strong case on the integrated marketing communication to enable omnichannel traffic is required.
  • Working experience in mother & baby industry is preferred.
  • Mastery in new digital media platform such as short video is preferred.
  • Quick learning and entrepreneurship mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to work in a team environment with multiple parties and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communications skills, competent to present and share research findings to key stakeholders and senior management.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) skills.
  • Breastfeeding experience is preferred.
