PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要权责:

• Enforce quality assurance regulations.

• Responsible for Statistical Process Control and corrective actions.

• Following up and propose best solutions for continuous quality improvement.

  跟踪和提议质量持续改善***方案

• Coordinate material allocation inter department matters for product.

  协调相关部门间的物料分配

• Handle OCAP, OOC/OOS and raise AR/AER for process engineer.

处理OCAP, OOC/OOS， 提交AR/AER给工艺工程师

JOB REQUIREMENTS 岗位要求：

• Diploma or above, major in microelectronics and material science.

本科及以上学位，微电子或材料科学专业尤佳。

• Prefer more than 2~3 years work experience on wafering process (include Ingot quality evaluation & growing computer simulation), semiconductor and solar industry.

2～3年硅片工艺工作经验（包括质量评估，计算机模拟等），半导体或太阳能行业经验。

• Prefer process hands on experienced.

有工艺实操经验优先。

• Coach, develop and monitor progress of trainees and operators.

辅导、培养和监督操作员。

• Communicate objectives to shift operators and shift leader.

与操作工及班长沟通工作目标。

• Develop and apply company values in daily work activities.

在每日日常工作中发展及提升公司价值。

• Demonstrate ability to positively motivate individuals or groups of employees to maximize product quality and productivity.

能够积极地激励个人或员工团队，使产品质量和生产效率最大化。

• Cleanroom and/or semiconductor and/or laboratory experience preferred.

洁净房、半导体或实验室经验者优先考虑。

• Must be willing to work permanent rotating 12-hour shifts including night shift.

能适应翻班，包括夜班。

• Must have basic knowledge in standard PC software.

熟悉掌握电脑软件基本操作。
