岗位职责Roles and Accountabilities

• 负责金融风险分析及管理

Responsible for financial risk analysis and management

• 负责根据外汇管理法规及银行要求进行外汇收支操作

Responsible for foreign currency payment in line with Laws and Regulations of SAFE and requirement of banks

• 参与公司保险相关事宜

Join insurance arrangement

• 信用风险管理及协助执行支付保障管理

Credit risks management and assist on execution of PSM

主要工作Principal Activities

• 办理外汇管理相关法规及银行要求的外汇收支数据报送、备案及证照办理等工作

In line with SAFE Laws and Regulations as well as banks’ requirements, responsible for foreign currency reports preparation, registration, and Process and related certificates & licenses issues

• 收集和分析金融、外汇、财税相关法规的变动以及对公司相关业务的影响，并提出相应建议

Collect and analyze the impact of the change of regulations to the company, and proposing suggestions

• 收集、统计和分析利率汇率及相关经济数据等风险管理所需基础数据，并提供管理建议

Collect, sort and analyze data and information of interests and other relevant economy data to facilitate risks management of interest and foreign exchange rate

• 跟踪和分析市场风险控制产品和工具，结合公司业务需求建立并完善风控模型，提供管理建议

Market risk management products and tools follow up and analysis, develop risk management model for the company and provide management advices

• 向其他部门及相关方就外汇收支业务提供建议

Suggest on foreign currency issues to other Departments or relevant parties

• 制定风险管理相关政策及程序并执行

Establish and implement risk management relevant policies

• 参与保险的日常管理工作

Join daily insurance work

• 协助完善和执行支付保障机制

Assisting improving and implementing PSM

• 协助建立客户信用风险评估标准和工具

Assisting establishment and reinforcement of customer credit risk assessment standards and tools

• 与银行、外汇管理机构及保险公司的沟通及协调

Communication and coordination with banks, SAFE and Insurance Company

• 资金经理安排的其他专项工作

Other specific work assigned by Treasury Manager

• 为公司的安全生产，提供合理建议

Provide constructive proposals for company safety operation

• 保持办公区域的整洁

Keep desk and surrounding area clean and free from potential hazards

• 负责自己的访客在办公室的安全事项，如前台登记、简短的安全介绍、在紧急状态下提供必要的协助等

Ensure visitors you are responsible for sign-in at the front desk and provide them with a brief safety induction i.e., what to do in an emergency or if they need help

Knowledge of Economy and Finance

• 对金融市场产品及外汇相关法规有深入认识

Good understanding of financial instruments and SAFE regulation

• 具备较强的数据分析和处理能力

Strong ability on data analysis and process

• 具备独立工作、综合分析、发现问题并提出解决方案的能力

Ability to work independently, identify problems or issues and develop effective solutions

• 具有团队协作精神，具备较强的协调和执行力

工作经验Work Experience

• 在资金/银行/财务方面五年以上的工作经验，有2年以上外资企业相关风险管理工作工作经验优先

Minimum five years’ experience in treasury/banking/finance, preferably with at least two years’ experience in a similar capacity or a related discipline obtained in a foreign-invested enterprise

教育背景Educational Background

• 大学或以上学历，四级或以上英语水平，经济、金融、会计或其他相关专业

Bachelor degree with CET 4 or above, major in economy, finance，accounting or a business-related area

• 会计师或经济师以上职称，具有注册会计师、金融分析师、金融风险管理师或相同等级专业资格优先

Qualified accountant / economic engineer or above, CPA / CFA / FRM or equivalent qualification is preferred
