工作内容:
This role is to
Implement the roll-out expansion plan for all retail concept stores.
Ensure all global and regional design & fit-out guidelines are followed, and maintain a high-quality store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Management
Responsible for all store formats for South&West region.
Work with Regional RD to confirm retail site and flag any locations that do not meet space planning requirements.
Work with store planning agencies to develop store plans that conform to adidas retail format and branding guidelines and are also commercially relevant for the store size, shape, traffic flow, and surrounding retail environment. Review carefully each store’s layout plan and construction drawings.
Manage the store opening process to achieve target opening date, including timely confirming store layout plan, placing fixture order, and satisfying all relevant store quality demands.
Regular on-site checking for stores in T1-T3 cities.
Coordinate with store construction team to ensure design and construction standards are met during the construction phase.
Produce regular reports, eg. Vendor KPI evaluation report, Store audit report, etc..
Cooperate closely with cross-functional departments (eg. Visual Merchandising, Sales, Procurement)
Organize regular training for regional design agencies and customer, to keep them up-to-date on latest space planning & fa?ade guidelines, new fixtures, and updated report templates.
Proactively provide solutions to any problems or issues raised internally or externally.
Support setup of quarterly Trade Meeting show rooms.
Financial
Control store opening costs according to defined unit costs. Supervise whole procurement operation to ensure processes are strictly and timely followed.
Systems and Processes
Update the POS Lifecycle system as part of the store opening, upgrade, and closing processes.
Training
Organize regular training for regional design agencies and customers, to keep them up-to-date on latest space planning & fa?ade guidelines, new fixtures, and updated report templates.
Key Relationships:
Internal: HQ Store Development team and Purchasing team, Regional Retail Marketing/ Sales/ Visual Merchandising/Franchise Operations
External: Franchisee, Design Agency, Construction Team, Fixture Management Consultant, Logo/Lighting vendors
应聘条件:
Ability to communicate confidently with customers and design agencies
Strong sense of responsibility
Strong retail construction knowledge
Strong interior design knowledge
Visual Merchandising skill is a plus
Takes initiative, organized and results oriented
1-3 years’ experience in retail design, retail construction, or related industry
College degree or above
Strong PC skills, proficient in Microsoft office, Photoshop & AutoCAD
Good written & spoken English
