Main Responsibilities:
1. Through marketing and competitor information, analysis and
identify the new business and product opportunity;
2. Develop new product strategies and launch plans (strategy/product
story/packaging development/pricing and forecasting/ internal and external campaign);
3. Drive key products sales growth and ensure the yearly sales
target by online & offline campaign;
4. Product profile management (promotion plan & result analysis,
internal and external campaign)
5. Post-launch current products to extend the life cycle
(upgrade or re-positioning/pricing adjustment/ discontinue proposal)
6. Distributor behavior / Consumer behavior understanding (sort
out & analysis sales data, dig out the behavior model of distributor & consumer,
thus can develop appropriate product kit or promotion plan)
Knowledge,
Skills & Abilities:
1. At least 5 years marketing (brand/product management)
experience in Nutrition, Food or FMCG industry
2. At least 3-year team management experience
3. Product marketing or trade marketing knowledge in directing
selling or retail environment
4. Have good marketing skill and fashion sense
5. Have independent project management and crisis
management experience
6. Good communication & writing skill both in
English and Chinese
7. Passion for work and willing to work under pressure
8. Excellent PowerPoint, excel and Photoshop skill will be plus
