Understand travel needs and product requirements of our clients. Present destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and daily programs according to different travel purpose and theme. Describe, explain and sell travel products to FIT and group travel customers. Assist in resolving clients' travel problems.
Key Responsibilities
?Converse with Business Development Manager and the client to determine domestic and international destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations, and accommodations required.
?Understand the cost structure of the travel product. Provide suggestion and solution to help and meet the budget requirement of the clients.
?Search and work with Travel Product Manager for the best travel price strategy. Compliance with the company price regulation, to work out the cost and quotation within a reasonable range.
?Understand and capable to explain itinerary tour packages and promotional travel incentives offered by various travel carriers.
?Provide customer with presentation or introduction materials containing travel information, such as local customs, points of interest, or foreign country regulations, etc.
?Sell travel products to the clients. Guide and upsell the clients to convince them the more reasonable budget, travel route, travel service provider and travel program choices in China and overseas.
? Collect the payment from the clients.
?Work with the Business Development Manager, Travel Product Manger to solve the difficulties and problems the customer might have during the trip.
Requirements
? Minimum 5-year experience in travel sales and management role in travel industry
? Solid understanding of bespoke overseas travel market in China and hands-on experience in managing all aspect of project delivery
