Job Description
ESSENTIAL TASK:
- Ensure that the waiting area is tidy and clean
- Greet patients and check in
- Update patient’s information in system
- Escort patients
- Billing and cashiering
- Check-out at patient's bedside if it's required
- Prepare quotation for procedures and conduct financial counselling
- Handle calls - Handle enquiries and feedback
- Update physician’s roster and schedule patient’s appointment
- Prepare and maintain medical files
- Prepare insurance claim documents for direct billing
- Perform any other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES:
- Ability to communicate in English and Chinese, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to communicate and coordinate on issues with other departments within Jia Hui family
- Good communication, customer service skills, presentable, amiable.
- Strong computer, word processing, and data entry skills.
- Good understanding relative medical knowledge and HA packages
- fixable on the roster
