岗位职责

1、协助经理不断改进完善工作标准和服务程序，并督导实施；

2、负责西餐厅工作人员调配、班次安排和员工的考核；

3、按照餐厅服务规程和质量要求，协助经理负责餐厅的管理工作，并与厨房保持密切联系，协调工作；

4、掌握市场信息，了解客情和客人需求变化，做好业务资料资料的收集和积累工作。

任职资格

1、高中以上文化程度，形象气质佳；

2、熟悉餐厅管理和服务方面的知识，具有熟练的服务技能；

3、有较高的处理餐厅突发事件的应变能力及对客沟通能力；

4、热爱服务工作，工作踏实、认真，有较强的事业心和责任感；

5、会英语者优先考虑
