职责概要：

负责工程项目期间暖通设计、施工相关审核和监督工作及正式生产阶段运营维护相关工作。

岗位职责：

• 工程施工设计、方案编制确认，施工过程中参与暖通空调设备的施工管理，控制工程的施工质量、进度、安全等工作；

• 审核暖通系统的技术资料、技术参数、设计及施工图纸等；

• 组织洁净厂房暖通系统的C&Q工作；

• 建立洁净厂房暖通设备的各类操作以及维修指导性规程(SOP)，制定暖通系统的预防性维修计划和措施方案；

• 指导维修人员实施暖通系统的维修和保养工作，确保设备正常运行，符合生产要求；

任职资格：

• 大学本科及以上学历，暖通工程及相关专业毕业；

• 3年以上制药、半导体、化学、食品等行业HVAC管理经验；精通洁净中央空调系统的运行管理工作； 熟悉GMP厂房、生物制药厂房的各项建设规范要求优先考虑；

• 熟练使用CAD绘图软件，office等常用办公软件；了解中央空调系统（水冷、风冷、VRV等）系统的工作原理，了解净化空调系统的原理，具备独立修订相关设计图纸以及相关参数复核计算的能力；

• 熟悉制药企业有关空调新风、事故排风、消防排烟等方面的要求。

• 具有暖通工程施工管理工作经验，能独立完成方案设计及施工管理；

• 具备良好的文件编写及各类报表的制作能力，熟练使用Office等办公软件，熟练使用AUTOCAD绘图软件，能够绘制各类设计图纸；

• 良好的组织、协调、沟通、计划和执行能力；有责任心，能够承受挑战性工作的压力。

• 英语流利优先；

Job Summary:

The candidate will be responsible for the HVAC design review and construction management during engineering state and the HVAC management during operation stage.

Responsibility：

• Construction design and scheme confirmation of engineering project, participating in the construction management of HVAC system in the construction stage, ensuring construction quality, progress and safety of the project.

• Review technical documents, technical parameter and design and construction drawings of HVAC system.

• Manage the C&Q work of HVAC system.

• Establish various operation and maintenance procedure(SOP) for HVAC equipment in clean rooms, Set up preventive maintenance plans and measures for HVAC system.

• To direct maintenance personnel in the maintenance work of HVAC system to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and meet production requirements.

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree or above, HVAC engineering or related major.

• More than 3 years HVAC experience in pharmaceutical, semiconductor, chemical, food and other industries; proficient in operation and management of clean central air conditioning system; familiar with GMP plant, biopharmaceutical plant construction specifications are preferred.

• Skilled in using CAD drawing software, office and other common office software; Understand the working principle of central air conditioning system (water-cooled, air-cooled, VRV, etc.) system, understand the principle of purifying air conditioning system, have the ability to independently revise the relevant design drawings and related parameters of the re-calculation;

• Familiar with the requirements of pharmaceutical enterprises on make-up air conditioning, accident exhaust, fire-fighting and smoke exhaust etc.

• Experience in construction management of HVAC project, and can independently complete the design and construction management.

• Good ability to write documents and report forms. Proficient in office software, AutoCAD drawing software, can draw all kinds of design drawings.

• Good organization, coordination, communication, planning and execution ability; Responsible and able to withstand the pressure of challenging work.

• Fluency in English is preferred.
